Mr. Luyue Chen has extensive research experience in intellectual property law, aviation law, and international trade regulations. At Zhengzhou University (2022-2023), he contributed to studies on digital-era copyright infringement and Chinaβs foreign air traffic rights exchange. Since 2023, as a Research Assistant at Xiβan Jiaotong University, he has worked on legal translation, legislative drafting, and policy research, conducting interviews with government bodies and drafting legislative proposals for the Xi’an City People’s Congress.
