Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Omar Niaz is an accomplished academic, dentist, and public health researcher currently serving as Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Community Dentistry at the Army Medical College, National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS), Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
